what we offer

Group Training

 At Blue Box Redfern we practice and preach the importance of strength, muscle mass, mobility, flexibility and social connection for longevity. 

Our group sessions throughout the week are capped at 10 (18 on Saturdays) to ensure you receive the highest standard of coaching and the sessions can be tailored to your specific needs. 

We offer periodized programming (not just a bunch of resistance exercises thrown together) that will improve your strength, mobility, flexibility, conditioning whilst also helping you build muscle and get leaner when your nutrition is on point.

Personal Training

Our small group sessions are tailored to you and suitable for most however if you'd like some 1-1 sessions to cover the fundamentals before jumping in on our group sessions, you have more specific goals, our class times don't suit or you prefer training 1-1 we've got you covered. Get started with our 21-Day Initiation and get 3x1-1s and group access too for $199
