Yes, we have three trial options. 1. Free group trial session. 2. Free 1-1 introductory session (Off Peak), 3. 14-Day Initiation Package - 1x Introductory 1-1 Session & Full group access for $149. Just click the 'Get Started' button, complete the form and we'll be in touch to get you set up.
We'll chat during your trial about our various membership options. We'll advise of the most suitable option for you, taking into consideration your goals, schedule, injury history etc. You can then purchase a membership directly through the app at the end of your trial to continue training here.
We have no minimum terms when joining, no lock in contracts and only require one weeks' notice to cancel a membership. We back our coaching, programming and community and only want those that want to be here, training here. If our style of training isn't for you, we'll even recommend a more suitable option.
Our classes are capped at 12 to ensure you receive the highest standard of coaching and don't just feel like another number. On Saturdays we increase the class size to 20 though. If you prefer a smaller class, you can see how many people have reserved a spot in each session via the app too.
We offer a FREE 1-1 intro session to cover some of the basics or you can get started with our 14-Day Initiation Offer which gives you a 1-1 session and unlimited group access for 14 days. During your 1-1 sessions we'll cover the basics so you're ready for our group sessions which are tailored to you and suitable for most. If you're not comfortable with trying a group session after that we can arrange more 1-1s until you are but we have all ages and abilities in our groups so you've nothing to worry about.
It depends on the injury. We are lucky to have two physios in our coaching team as well as highly experienced coaches so depending on the injury, we may be able to modify the session whilst also liaising with your physio or health professional to ensure your rehabilitation is safe and smooth.
We don't have any private parking however Redfern Street is quiet during our morning sessions so you can easily park on the street (none of our current crew have any issues getting parked right our front then). Cope Street carpark and most of George Street are 2P from 8am and a short (2-3min) walk away too. We're also a short walk from Redfern and Waterloo stations.
Yes, we have a shower, changing facilities and toilets here.

*We have no 7.45 session on Wednesdays and no 17.15 or 18.05 session on Fridays
No, with our memberships you have the flexibility to train in any of our sessions throughout the week. We run the same program in all sessions throughout the day *except for Wednesdays so if something comes up and you need to train at another time you can cancel your reservation and make another booking
45 minutes (give or take). Some busier classes may run a few minutes longer, but they always start on time and will never run into the next class
