Build confidence and learn how to train properly in this 3-week course designed for beginners or anyone returning to exercise. We’ll teach you the fundamentals—squat, hinge, push, pull, and brace—so you can move safely and confidently. Small groups (max 8 people) run twice weekly, and you’ll get full access to our regular group sessions for a week after the course ends. Next course starts 9th March.
